This research attemps to depict the operation of FAO by implementing steps of feasibility study issued in KM 81, 2004. Fractional Management Company is considered as an aircraft operator. The study comprises market analysis, equipment analysis, operational analysis, economic analysis, and financial analysis. Besides that, a preliminary model is built to represent fractional owner demand and flight operation. This study shows that FAO is an economically feasible operation and investment. text
