Internal of company, still the strong parents prestige in company because do not escape of from employees view that attendance of founder still very is needed. Readiness of family member in face of succession of vital importance for the permanence company to internationalized business and to avoid the happening of family conflict.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> This final project of author does evaluation and identify substitution candidate Mr. Jonki Koeswara. author in this research does method with interview, field observation, and literature study. Evaluating and identifying substitution candidate of Mr. Jonki Koeswara use model of JCG Octagon Managerial Competency and ideal leader candidate characteristic in family business corporation of partner delivers blood brother. Result of the assessment which most owning ability in going on leadership is second child and first child, because second child does not wish to continue company because owning founded business by him self so leadership fall to first child.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> While in author implementation plan the duration time execution of succession, structure evaluation of ownership, developing leadership structure the after succession and resistance to change. Duration commutation of leadership that is during 21 day, what consist of three important duty. Structure of ownership composing three phase, first phase is ownership owned fully by founder, second phase children have the ownership of equal size but founder still have the ownership of share in company, third phase is ownership of only owned by router generation. Leadership structure can be depicted in organization chart designed to prevent the existence of family emotion which disturb the way company business. text
