Summary:As a company which distributes snacks, PT. XYZ Bandung mainly concerned in “How to improve sales and accelerate its distribution channel with cost efficiency to reach optimum profit”. Researches about marketing strategy, promotion strategy, and brand image have been done in PT. XYZ Bandung to support company’s goal to improve sales and accelerate its distribution channel. Beside the researches above, for its long term orientation, PT. XYZ Bandung wants to research about its organizational culture. The organizational culture researched is about how company support the employees to improve new ideas, flexibility in market needs, and encourage risk taking to try something new so that it can be innovative and creative in improving its products and distribution way in the middle of highly competition today. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The objectives of this study are to identify dimensions of Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) which dominates in PT. XYZ Bandung. Instrument used to determine these dimensions are a questioner named Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS). Whereas, to evaluate entrepreneurial leadership character, Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ) is used. Both of this instruments are designed by Thornberry (2006). Data was collected from 46 respondents which represents all elements present at PT. XYZ Bandung. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> EOS Survey result shows that the dimension with the highest point in PT. XYZ Bandung is market intelligence dimension, which shows that PT. XYZ Bandung can read the market trend well. Whereas, the lowest point of dimension in this survey is individual orientation. This dimension in general describes lack of entrepreneurial characteristic of company’s employees. Another dimension with a low point is risk taking, flexibility, general dimension and strategic planning. Analysis of the ELQ survey result shows that leaders in PT. XYZ Bandung are dominated by people with miner and explorer characteristics, whereas, there is a significant gap of integrator type leaders.. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Implementation steps that can be done in PT. XYZ Bandung is by create entrepreneurial vision, new venture team, and effective compensation system to support innovation. Hopefully it will create an atmosphere which is more conducive to CE implementation by all elements in PT. XYZ Bandung. <br />
