For the task with high level stress, psychological workload is dominat and this kind of workload must be attentioned. <br /> <br /> <br /> Activity program gived to the cadets is very intens, thus it cause both physicaland mental fatigue, and because of that reason, we need to analyze current activitys workload based on ergonomics rule to know if the system of that activity program good enough or not ?. <br /> <br /> <br /> In this workload research, measurement of the workload done subjectively using SWAT (Subjective Workload Assesment Technique) method. This method is very effective because it has 3 dimensions (Time, Mental Effort, and Psychological Stress ), and these dimensions have very closed relation to cadet activity. <br /> <br /> <br /> Representation of SWAT, cadets sorted 27 cards according to their own perception, then the result of sorting was downloaded to the SWAT Program at Personal Computer (PC) to calculated the score of workload and the ratings of the score which can be Low (0-40), Moderat (41-60), or High (61-100). <br /> <br /> <br /> Result of this activity program research held at Indonesian Airforce Academy shows that current activity program has moderat category workload, mean that cadets able to do more activity. <br /> text
