Description
Summary:Abstrak:

A study on the influence of insecticide Sevin 85 5 is conducted on the renal blood pressure and the rate of renal blood flow of white rabbits of New Zealand strain. Studies are performed on 30 white rabbits weighing between 1,5 kg and 2,7 kg. These rabbits are anaesthetized by injecting intraperitoneally urethan 25 % a single dose of 8 ml/kg body weight. The anaesthetized rabbits are divided into two parts. The first part was injected intravenously with 0,4 mg/ml of Sevin 85 S per kg body weight dissolved in aquadest. The second part is injected intravenously with 1 ml of aquadest per kg body weight as a control. An Electronic manometer is used to determine the renal blood pressure by using a Pressure Transducer type MPU-0.5. An Electromagnetic flow meter type mF-27 is used to determine the renal blood flow rate. After the treatment, the mean of renal blood pressure of the treated. rabbits is found 15,83 moreless 3,78 mm Hg higher, but the mean of renal blood flow ratio is found 0,79 ,58 ml/g/minute lower. On the

untreated rabbits the aquadest increases the renal blood pressure 2,56 moreless 2,12 mm Hg and renal blood flow rate 0,32 moreless 0,33 ml/g/minute. Compared with the controlled by using the Students t test, the treatment proves that the insecticide shows very significant increase of the renal blood pressure.
