Abstract: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Economic liberalization with technology development has effect on tight competition and change industry environment. Base on the reality, industrial policy should be anticipated this change. International competition as a new perspective for all nations so strategic focus on industrial development in the future is develop industrial sector competition at domestic and international market. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The development of an industrial system is a complex and dynamic process. Industrial development is even more complicated because it involves the interaction of industry and it socioeconomic environment. However, need for research about industrial policy with system dynamics approach. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> There are seventh sub system supporting growth of electronic component industry, as follows sub system component industry, domestic demand, export import, labor, raw material, government and electronic industry assembler. Policy scenario has implemented on the model is import tax, local content, improving of labor productivity. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> From simulation show that import given better effect on industrial growth than others. From three performance indikator as follows production rate, demand rate and trade balance, show that policy could be improved industrial competitiveness. <br />
