Abstract: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The existence of a simple flat which is occupied by a group of middle low society who live together needs to be getting full attention, such as background of inhabitants and their reason to live in that environment, the needs and physical habitual, social, economy, and also habitual behavior of the inhabitants, since that will influence the behavior of others to create such a healthy living or the other way around. Technical and social problems often occur in an optimal point level, collides happen between a simple flat standard and inhabitants domestic behavior which is making impact to the problem of healthy living environment. It needs more special attention in a matter of inhabitants being ready to live in such environment and concerning all physical and non physical matters, because of inhabitants experiencing some changes of social living in a dirty village before where there is no privacy and suddenly they have to move to a new well-arranged place which has forced them to understand their rights and responsibilities.
