It is found that, iron ore sedimentation is so rich along the southern coast range 500 to 1,000 meters from the 40 kilometers beach lean points, which are including six municipal area such as Caringin, Bungbulang, Pakenjeng, Cikelet, Pameungpeuk and Cibalong. The exploration has been done since few years ago by Garut Water and Mining Resource Office together with many parties such as PT ABC. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This final project will analyze iron ore mining investment strategy in Bungbulang Southern Garut, which is to accomplish the needs of pig iron materials in PT XXX. This means PT XXX will be the only consumer from that pig iron products. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The other obtacles found is these iron ore products only processed through a simple iron ore process so it makes the iron ore selling values is not too worthy, but in the other hand if the iron ore processed through separation technology that separate the iron ore from the dirt mineral so it will make the iron ore selling value increase 5 to 12 times. These iron ore process need a relatively large amount of investment budget especially for digging material process technology that needed to process iron ore concentrate that has a relatively high titanium (TiO2) content so it can separate iron ore (Fe2O3) mineral with titanium (TiO2) mineral as the carrier mineral. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The fit and proper analysis will be discussed in 4 global aspect which are marketing, technical, management and organisation, along with financial aspect that mainly focused on financial aspect analysis. <br /> text |
