Implementation result of limited fund allocation model in road maintenance indicate that 75% Fiscal Need budget allocation, produce 121,489 m good condition roads which come from 14,328 m good condition roads routine maintenance, 39,287 m fair condition roads periodic maintenance, 14,724 m bad condition roads upgrading program, and 53,150 m poor condition roads reconstruction program. 50% Fiscal Need budget allocation, produce 51,119 m good condition roads which come from 14,328 m good condition roads routine maintenance, 4,463 m fair condition roads periodic maintenance, 6,700 m bad condition roads upgrading program, and 25,628 m poor condition roads reconstruction program. 25% Fiscal Need budget allocation, produce 29,004 m good condition roads which come from 14,328 m good condition roads routine maintenance, 39,287 m fair condition roads periodic maintenance, 14,716 m poor condition roads reconstruction program.
