Due to the rapid development in IT and telecommunication now days, companies are also forced to have a falsified project strategies in order to counterbalance with these rapid-growth happening in our society. Forming a proper business process is another crucial factor which will stand as the guideline of shaping a proper path for the organization as well as to affirm project management that will help the company to become more effective and efficient in persisting their business. Project management itself, evolving side-by-side with the IT system evolution. Having said so, this project demands highly competence human resources (project manager and all staff that related to the project) to dealt with the project with quality and accomplished the project punctually in timing and precisely on budgeting, as they were agreed previously.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The accomplishment of a project abides by the previous contract made. The type of the contract chosen depends on the project management model applied. At present, PT. XYZ. is using a non-turnkey project management model amongst the model choices of turnkey and managed service. The model preference will most likely dependable towards the company's organization structure and project management capability.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research is utilizing the PMMM (Project Management Maturity Model) as an assisting instrument in order to gain few judgments towards the falsification of the project management implemented in PT. XYZ. With PMMM, we can analyze five core dimension which are: common language; common processes; singular methodology; benchmarking and continuous improvement which will precede to a result value that can be analyze in order of determining which project management model that would be properly best-suited PT. XYZ requirements.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> With the case study approach, this research will establish the rectify model for PT. XYZ which will construct the ongoing business process within to become even more efficient and effective. text
