Besides, many manufacture company produce various types of end product on multi-stage machine. Therefore in this thesis is developed the economic batch scheduling model for multi product N-component on multi stage production system with production capacity increases. <br /> <br /> <br /> Model developments is applied gradually, started from ISSI model with separating production machine and the assembling into two stage for single product, multi machine model in multi stage for single product (MSSI), and multi machine model in multi stage for multi product (MSMI) also developed simple algorithm solution. In this thesis is applied behavior model analysis with parameter sensitivity analysis. <br /> <br /> <br /> This thesis result 3 model ; 7SS1, MSSI, and MSMI. From the three models, MSMI is a common used model to solve more simple problem (7SS1 and MSSI). <br /> <br /> <br /> Stage separation of component production and assembling in TSSI model caused ; a). the short time of cycle per batch, so it increases production rate, b).the sort time of component (A) process, it increases production capacity. Percentage of capacity increases and production rate become bigger parallized with assembling time, and contrary it will reduce parallized with of production with the time of production station process which becomes bigger. <br /> <br /> <br /> TSSI model widen the area of model feasibility. The difference between production station processes time and the assembling time, caused the bigger area of feasibility model. <br /> text
