Rogers innovation characteristic model (1995) is use to find out about users behavior change. This research only use relative advantage, compatibility, and complexity characteristic. Behavior change variables which being observe in this research are: decision making, increase of sharing information, transparency, and openness. Result of model development is being test on PT. MCI. 123 sample is complete the questionnaires from 150. In this research, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method is being used with SPSS 13.0 and PLS Graph 3.0 software. The result show that all of the characteristics have positive effect toward behavior change, but only complexity characteristic have ideal coefficient path. <br /> <br /> text |
