Summary: | XYZs training and education team responsibility is to facilitate and conduct administration task for all training and education program for all employees. In order to align training and education with the company strategy and employees career development, XYZ used a method called "Skill Gap Training Need Analysis SGTNA, it is an identification process for training needs base on individual skill gap. In 2006, the team tried to develop an effective performance by replacing the manual process of SGTNA with an information Technology system which is called Training Information Management System -TRIMS, the results of training planned and execution was not exactly satisfying. Therefore to analyze TRIMS success factor to create training plan it will consume a method of performance measurements from each factors that is crucial, such as process; application; data and users. In this case the author tries to analyze the performance effectiveness of the information system from all aspects effecting it and tries to propose a solution with a method of performance measurements using Key Performance Indicator from SGTNA process and several improvements suggestion for time to come. |
