Human Resource is the most important asset for Muarakarang Power Plant which has 229 employees divided into 5 organizational function, such as Operation, Maintenance, Finance, Human Resource and Organization, Environmental and Work Safety, and Secretariat. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PT PJB) has decided to achieve its vision by having professional human resources in each area. Reaching a goal for long term corporate strategic planning, PJB has a target to train, improve knowledge and manage well the existing human resources in order to reach the optimum productivity level. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> However, based on the quarterly meeting report in November 2000, the Unit performance was unsatisfactory. The performance is worse than the other units. It seems that the decrease of this performance is related to the employee job satisfaction. Finding dimension I problems which cause the employee unsatisfaction employee, we can arrange the measuring scale of Employee job satisfaction through a questionnaire using the two factors theory from Herzberg,. The Research will using stratified sampling method, selecting proportionally 70 employees from Muarakarang Power Plant based on total amount of the employees per each division. <br /> text |
