Indonesia is one among the most advanced countries in developing liquefied natural gas (LNG) for exports, but the country is quite late in building its natural gas industry for domestic use. The amount of natural gas for domestic use is less than for export purpose, even tough the demands for domestic use is increasing. Realizing, the government arranged to fulfill the need of natural gas for domestic use as the main concern. Gas demand in Indonesia is increasing as a result of increasing of oil price due to fewer subsidies in oil price. The increasing demands of natural gas effect on the increasing of pipe installation as one among gas transportation methods. Toll fee is a compulsory for consumen to pay rent to pipe operator when using pipe instalation in gas transportation. The price has been set by goverment with using auction methods. But it will change followed the toll fee path. The object of this study is to analyze a case about toll fee estimation which may happen with concerning some economic indicator. The result from this study shows the proses to estimate toll fee and some indicators that we concern when analysing the case. <br />
