Broadband Internet brings more excitement in social life. Many kinds of services can be held through its network. The services range can be vast but not limited to online game, high speed data transfer, voice call, video streaming and many more. At glance, those things can be deployed thanks to the existent of some variety media transport such as copper cable, wireless, and fiber optics which gives opportunity for internet service providers lay on their services base on the costumer needs.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This great opportunity of online gaming industry trigger the sense of owner business to do analyzes, plan and formulate the better strategy approach in order to make the online game business not only to remain survive but also sustain success in long term investment. Base on depth financial analysis that has been done to size the market in Bandung City, the author concluded that amount of market size shall be not lower then 13,8 Billion rupiah each day.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Core business of Green GemOn is virtual entertainment with high speed internet access and online gaming. The product itself will be inform of time base internet broadband connection equipped with multimedia peripheral such as webcam, earphone and also new release game collections which is can be played in real time. Other supporting product as value added services for customers will be through printing, scanning, and burning for data backup services. Therefore, Green GemOn become as one of fun loving alternative place to hang out and socialize through internet and online gaming.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Operation strategy has been design in order to fit daily activity in Green GemOn become effectively and efficient. Human resources, policies in product prices differentiation inform of packaging, and also premium services procedures are the key success factor in Green GemOn business. The author put detail operation strategy in order to run Green GemOn smoothly.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> If assumed 1% of those market opportunity which is around 1,2 Million rupiah, each day, it can be predicted the payback periods will be less than 1,3 year with investment 238.950.000, NPV value of 262,645,074 during the next 3 years and IRR of 71%.
