The recent monetary crisis have suffered industries in Indonesia especially for the industries that using imported materials as their main materials to produce a product for domestic market. <br /> <br /> In order to survive and achieving future growth; PT XYZ have to seek any other opportunities to be taken and used with all existing resources (internal as well as external resources) to produce prospective products with minimum investment. At this moment the Company vision is to diversify their business to enter consumer goods industry. The most feasible action that considered by the Company was to produce Health Drink, taking into account that the Company have had Professional Managers that capable to realize the project based on the previous research. Since the main raw materials will be using local ingredients, there will be no significant risk for the Company in foreign exchange fluctuation. <br /> <br /> This thesis is prepared to analyse whether development of the health drink so called Sarinoni is feasible to be pursued by the Company. The analysis is limited to 4 (four) aspects, i.e. Product, Marketing, Technical (Production), and Financial aspect. From the analysis, we have known that all aspects were feasible, especially the investment feasibility criterias (NPV. IRR and PBP) and also the Return On Investment (ROI) as well as the Return On Equity (ROI) were giving excellent growth figures which means the Company may proceed to invest on the project with bigger scale_ that can be managed by themselves. <br />
