CRUDE PALM PLANTATION CATALOGUE FOR PBB USING IMAGE INTERPRETATION TECHNIQUE

ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Remote sensing technique exploited in many science disciplines, one of them is in Land and Building Taxes (PBB). This satellite technology usage is expected that can utilized as comparator data in imposition of PBB for Plantation sector. Therefore ability of satellite image to overcome the problem of mapping and imposition of PBB for Plantation sector become interested to be studied. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research conducted by using IKONOS image that expected to identify type and age of plants. Used method in this research is visual interpretation of image, then classified according to the allotment type which arranged in decision later of General Director of Tax of number KEP.16/PJ.6/1998, that contains Standard Invesment of Plants for the imposition of PBB for Plantation sector. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Final product of this classification is formed a Crude Palm Catalogue of Plantation plants for PBB usage. This catalogue is formed as data bases and catalogue book which containing monograms. Contents of this monogram is result of image interpretation and of imposition of PBB calculating procedure for Crude Palm Plantation sector.
