Transformation value analysis run-off coefficient (C), according land use from 1995, 1998, and 2001, shows that each value in those years are 0.70, 0.71, 0.72 Based on value of C the sensitivity of transformation not significant or not sensitive (1.41% - 1.42%), although those value transformations of C is not sensitive. <br />
