This question will be answered by the following questions: (1) What are the processes important to be execute in the ERP system post-project?, (2) What are the major activities in each process?, and (3) How the overall activities in the process will contribute in achieving benefit to company? <br /> <br /> <br /> To answer research questions, the following steps are conducted: (1) developing of framework that could help in explaining how activities in ERP system post-project take place, (2) conducting empirical investigation through the execution of two case studies in Indonesia, and (3) analizing the result of the two case studies in order to be able to raise some conclusions that related to the benefit of ERP system post-project activities. Two case studies had been conducted. Personal interviews were executed. The interview protocol consists of a number of open ended semi structured questions to allow interviewer clarify specific issues in the discussion. In total 7 interviews were done. Each interviews lasted between 30 until 90 minutes. They were recorded and transcribed in full. <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on case study in two companies this research shows how a firm conduct their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) post-project activities.
