Anyer-Ciwandan Beach located in Anyer-Ciwandan coastal Banten Province, where a long beach can be found various eksploiting activity such as fishery, tourism, industrial & port. Complexity of beach exploitation activity push the happening of degradation of beach contamination and damage. This condition push the importance of participate society in beach management. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the beach exploiter society participation in Anyer-Ciwandan beach area management so can be known the model concept of society participate in beach management. Analysis performed within this study are responder analysis to know level of importance society to beach exploiting activity which using assistive appliance of SPSS 15.0 software, analysis of society participate in beach management which obtained from the result of interview, field observation and relevant study and analysis of beach management strategy by factor identification of strengthens, weakness, opportunities and threatening that Anyer-Ciwandan beach owned. From result of analysis could be determined that beach exploiting activity have level of high importance for society while role of society for beach management is low, strategy which obtained that is exploit entire component of society which have importance in beach area to participate in beach management all at once as social control to exploiting activity of Anyer-Ciwandan beach area through forming organization/forum of mediation in beach management, forming institute of beach service organizer which functioning to execute result of forum agreement in beach area management ways of technical and operational and development of alternative expense of beach management through mechanism payment of beach service.
