Particle form of barium titanate can be observe through SEM (scanning electron microscopy) characterization. Quantitative and qualitative elements of barium titanate observed through EDS (energy dispersive spectroscopy). The effect of barium titanate second phase is lowering dielectric constant of barium titanate. Dielectric constant of barium titanate at three sintering temperature which are 1000 degrees C, 1100 degrees C, and 1200 degrees C are 148,23; 145,53; and 207,78. text |
