Every movement caused by geodynamic phenomenon or disaster give an effect to geometric status, national geodetic reference, and parcel coordinate.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Land information modelling development used a dynamic cadastre concept approach that started with model data identification, semi dynamic datum aplication, deformation vector data pre processing, epoch reference application and parcel location changes data processing. Deformation vectors which are parametric values of direction and velocity caused by disaster, implemented in conceptual model of dynamic cadastre, as land information model for Indonesia. Analysis done by comparing land information model in existing cadastre system with dynamic cadastre concept based model.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of land information modeling visualize in conceptual and physical modelling form from database system as the begining of land information system development in Indonesia with dynamic cadastre concept. Dynamic cadastre concept will be helpful for providing parcel movement data on the process of observation and reconstruction for post disaster area. text
