A good public service needs a queuing system to organizes costumers mobilization to get a service with well-regulated, agree with desirable service. A queuing system can developed with a radio frequency module increment to increase its flexibility.<p>In this system, the communication between the wireless component can divided into two parts that is master and client side. Master side is a equipment that integrated with CPU that connected to main display, printer that print queuing costumer numbers, and loud speaker whereas client side is used by service window operator to calling customers. Control command of RF module is done with a microcontroller by SPI (serial peripheral interface) data communication procedure with RF module become slave and microcontroller become master. This RF module is RFM12 that is a FSK transceiver module with free licence 433 MHz frequency band and the microcontroller is 8-bits microcontroller AVR family. text
