For Jakarta area, the existence of sky scrapper buildings is the main cause which makes NLOS path and high diffraction loss. The model is made with statistic method using all interfering buildings in all DKI Jakarta area as the data. Calculation result has been tested by comparing it with calculation result from ITU-R P.530 Recommendation and Pathloss 4.0 software simulation. From the comparison, it is known that the stochastic method can represent diffraction loss for DKI Jakarta area with almost the same result with ITU-R P.530 calculation. text
