Completely randomized design was the method used in this study, there were six treatments and each treatment was carried out in four replications. The sample used was ten Ascaridia galli in each treatment for all replications. Observation and recording of dead Ascaridia galli were carried out at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 hours. Ascaridia galli was pronounced dead if there was no movement when disturbed by anatomical clamps. The data analysis used ANOVA and continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The results showed that the ethanol extract of Gamal leaves (Gliricidia sepium) had an anthelmintic effect against Ascaridia galli worms in vitro. In the extract with a concentration of 5%, there are anthelmintic properties that are almost the same as Piperazine Citrate 10 mg / ml. The higher the extract concentration, the higher the anthelmintic properties.
