On the 26th day, blood serum was taken and clinical chemistry was examined to determine the levels of HDL, LDL and total cholesterol to determine the best treatment given. The number of samples used was 27 broilers. The experimental animals were randomly divided by lottery numbers into nine treatment groups, each treatment consisting of three replications with the administration of Moringa leaf extract at a dose of 0%, 1%, 2% and probiotic Lactobacillus sp. Doses of 0%, 1%, 2% which given through drinking water. The results of this research data processing using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) method and the Duncan's multiple range test was carried out. The result of this research is that giving Moringa oleifera Lam. Leaf extract can increase HDL levels, reduce LDL levels and total cholesterol levels in broilers, giving Lactobacillus sp.
