An ineffective leader will bring crisis and threat to the organization he is leading. Awareness to equip oneself must be developed in a way that must also be effective, one of which is through training. The training in question is the Intentional change model, the training is to measure Psychological capital capital (efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience), leader role efficacy, and leader trust in subordinates which are components expected by leaders with the aim of realizing their effectiveness as leaders. This research aims to determine the effect of the Intentional change model training in the leader's effectiveness in the PPGT organization. This research uses quantitative research methods. The subject of this research is the management of PPGT Pajalesang Palopo congregation, who are young people with an age range of 15-25 years. The subjects in this study amounted to 15 consisting of 5 men and 10 women. Measuring instruments used in this study are Psychological Capital Quotionnaire (PCQ) and leader effectiveness scale. The software used to test data is SPSS 20.2 for windows. This study uses a paired sample t-test test analysis technique. The results of this study are the Intentional change model training there are differences before and after treatment with a significance value of p = 0,000 (p˃0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of Intentional change model training on the PPGT administrators of the Pajalesang Palopo congregation. The results of this study can be a suggestion for PPGT managers to carry out their roles effectively as leaders. |
