The problems in this riset was increasing delivery helped by traditional labor attandance from 12,9 % (2008) became 17,4% (2009). The purpose was to know factors that related. The method used analitic cross sectional. Population was mother who had less than one year child in district of Puu'weri Heatlh Centre November 2009-0ctober 2010. Sample was a piece of mother who had gotten delivery from 1 day until 1 year and included inclusif criteria. Sampling used simple random sampling, the total got 75 samples. Independent variables were family factors (head family education level, knowledge level, job, income), mother factors (education level, knowledge level, parity), health factors (attitude and attendance on health facility). Dependent variable was choosing delivery helper : traditional labor attandance, nurse, midwife, doctor. Statistic used multivariat multiple regresi linear test with backward stepwise (17 SPSS version programme). Variables didn't include as candidates were responden education level DD= 0,434, head family knowledge level DD= 0,423, sosio-economic level D = 0,245. The candidate variable was D ::; 0,25, head family education level D = 0,020, mother's job D = 0,157, mother's parity DD= 0,899, head family job DD= 0,240, family decision maker D = 0,221, health worker attitude D = 0,133 and health worker attendance in health centre D = 0, 001. Candidate result test got health worker attendance D = 0,000 and variable head family education level D = 0,020.
