This research was conducted using a quantitative approach involving 100 students at bachelor level from different universities of two cities namely Surabaya in Indonesian and Lahore in Pakistani. By using quantitative method and scale from previous researches, these are the scales that used in this research. The social economic scale variable uses theories from B. Kuppuswami-R (2016) with a reliability value of 0.0735, while psychological wellbeing scale uses theories from Carol Ryff (1989) with a reliability value of 0.837. From the regression test result, it can be concluded that social economic status of universities students at bachelor level had a significant influence on academic achievement from respective cities Surabaya in Indonesian and Lahore in Pakistani. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.261(Lahore students) by 26.1% while 73.9% influenced by other outside factors and 0.110 (Surabaya students) by 11.1% while 88.9% influenced by other factors outside which means social economic status had a significant influence on bachelor level students from both cities Surabaya and Lahore research conducted by the author. Variables that contributed to the influence on academic achievement were as follows: social economic status by 0.418 (Lahore students) -0.299 (Surabaya students) and psychological wellbeing contribution for bachelor universities students from Lahore was 0.251 and bachelor universities students from Surabaya was -0.161. In the meanwhile for difference among bachelor universities students of Lahore in Pakistan and Surabaya in Indonesia, social economic status found as common factor by results with significant p-value 0.011.
