Summary:Introduction : Hepatitis B virus is a global public health problem. The Asia Pasific region is the largest region of hepatitis B virus infection. The most common transmission method in Southeast Asia region is mother to infant transmission at the number 25-30% with the risk of infection reaching 60%. Therefore, screening for hepatitis B infection during pregnancy is highly recommended due to reduce the risk of neonatal infection. Aim: To identify the profile of pregnant women with positive HBsAg in Dr. Soetomo in 2017-2019 Method: The type of research used in this study is descriptive with cross-sectional research design. The data used were secondary data in the formof inpatient medical records at RSUD Dr. Soetomo in 2017-2019. The total data obtained is 47 data and then would be processed and analyzed using SPSS 26.0 version. Sample: All inpatient pregnant women who tested positive in HBsAg examination RSUD Dr. Soetomo from January 2017 to December 2019 Result : There were 16 people in the age range of 25-29 years old (34%) and 40 people in the third trimester of gestation (85,1%), 30 people are in multigravida level (63,8%) and 28 with more than or equal to one parity (59,6%). There were 29 people pregnant woman with 5-35 U/L of SGOT (61,7%), 34 people with 5-35 U/L of SGPT (72,3%) and 25 people with albumin level below 3,4 g/dL (53,2%). Conclusion : Pregnant women with positive HBsAg in Dr. Soetomo in 2017-2019 were most likely to be in the age range of 25-29 years old, third trimester of gestation, multigravida level, had more than or equal to one parity, had normal SGPT and SGOT level and decreased albumin level.
