This research used a dilution method consisting of Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) which the concentration that can inhibit bacterial growth and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) the concentration that can kill bacteria. This study used 5 treatments and 4 replications. The concentration of meniran extract (Phyllanthus niruri Linn.) Consists of 5%, 10%, 20%, 40% and the appropriate dose of Tylosin in the product and the data were processed by using Probit analysis to know a Lethal Concentration 50 (LC50) value.
