The samples used in this research were 60 Skipjack Tuna that bought from Pondok Dadap Fishing Port. The samples were macroscopic and microscopically examined. The results showed 19 samples of Skipjack Tuna were infected by Caligus sp., 53 samples were infected with Rhadinorhynchus sp., and 26 sample were infected with Anisakis sp. the ectoparasites were found in the gill, and endoparasite were found in the abdominal cavity, surface of liver, and gastrointestinal tract. The result showed a different prevalence rate for each type of parasite found, for Caligus sp. shows a prevalence rate of 31.6% which belongs to commonly category, Rhadinorhynchus sp. with a prevalence rate of 88.3% which is classified as usually and Anisakis sp. with a prevalence rate of 43,3% which belongs to commonly category. In addition, the results also obtained from calculating the infection degree, for Caligus sp. shows the infection degree of 1.26 (1-2 parasite/fish) which classified as low infection degree, Rhadinorhynchus sp. for 2.28 (2-3 parasite/fish) which classified as low infection degree, and Anisakis sp. for 2.19 (2-3 parasite/fish) which classified as low infection degree. 2021 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text en http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/2/1.%20HALAMAN%20DEPAN.pdf text en http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/1/2.%20ABSTRACT.pdf text en http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/3/3.%20TABLE%20OF%20CONTENT.pdf text en http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/4/4.%20CHAPTER%201%20INTRODUCTION.pdf text en http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/5/5.%20CHAPTER%202%20LITERATURE%20REVIEW.pdf text en http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/6/6.%20CHAPTER%203%20MATERIALS%20AND%20METHODS.pdf text en http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/13/7.%20CHAPTER%204%20RESEARCH%20RESULT.pdf text zh http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/12/8.%20CHAPTER%205%20DISCUSSION.pdf text en http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/14/9.%20CHAPTER%206%20CONCLUSION%20AND%20SUGGESTION.pdf text en http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/15/10.%20REFERENCES.pdf text en http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/16/11.%20APPENDICES.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/108239/9/KKC%20KK%20KH.95-21-Kesediaan%20Publikasi%20a.n.%20Ananta%20Javier%20P.W.-%20-%20ananta%20javier.pdf Ananta Javier Pradipta W., - (2021) Prevalence Rate And Parasites Infection Degree On Skipjack Tuna (Katsuwonus Pelamis) At Pondok Dadap Fishing Port Malang East Java.
