Inhibition ability to observe the potency to kill bacteria. This study used 6 treatments with 4 replication. Concentrations used in Extracts Meniran (Phyllantus niruri Linn) was 5%, 10%, 20%, , 40% and Tylosin used concentration 2%. This research showed that the dose of meniran (Phyllantus niruri Linn) most effective to kill Salmonella pullorum at concentration 40% . From the data that has been obtained, it will be analyzed by using One Way Anova and Duncan statistics. This research showed that extract Meniran (Phyllantus niruri Linn) have ability to kill Bacteria. Ability to kill Bacteria known by the inhibition zone that forms around the disk. The largest zone at a dose of 40% is 15.6 mm. The 20% dose had a mean of 13.15 mm. The 10% dose had a mean of 8.38 mm. The 5% dose had a mean of 5.8 mm.
