Summary: | The study aimed to determine the effect of sintrong leaves flour (Crassocephalum crepidioides) on the levels of High Density Lipoprotein and Low Density Lipoprotein in broilers treated for 42 days. Blood serum was taken and clinical chemistry was examined to determine the levels of HDL and LDL to determine the best treatment given. The number of samples used was 20 broilers. The experimental animals were randomly into four treatment groups, each treatment consisting of five replications with the administration sintrong leaves flour (Crassocephalum crepidioides) at a dose of 1%, 3% and 5%. The results of this research data processing using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) method and the Duncan's multiple range test was carried out. The result of this research is that giving sintrong leaves flour (Crassocephalum crepidioides) can not increase High Density Lipoprotein and can not reduce Low Density Lipoprotein levels. |
