Summary:One of the diseases that can attack dogs is parvovirus. This study aims to determine the percentage of parvovirus, describe the relationship between rainfall, age, breed to the risk of parvovirus, and describe the symptoms and treatments of parvovirus in dogs at De 'Lab Pet Clinic, Bekasi. The research was conducted by surveying, collecting secondary data from patient ambulators at De' Lab Pet Clinic, Bekasi in January-December 2019 and Bekasi City’s rainfall data from Bekasi Central Bureau of Statistics, data recording, data unification, and analysis. Data analysis was presented descriptively and tested using Chi-Square and Odds Ratio (OR). The results shows the percentage of parvovirus in dogs was 2%. There was association between the rainfall factor <150 mm/month and the risk of parvovirus, the rainfall factors <150 mm/month increase the risk of parvovirus 0,154 times. There was an association between age factors 0-6 month and risk of parvovirus, the age factors 0-6 month increase the risk of parvovirus 0,017 times. There was no association between breed factors and the risk of parvovirus, the breed factors don’t increase the risk of parvovirus. The main symptoms seen in parvovirus included vomiting, diarrhea especially bloody diarrhea, and fever. The main components of parvovirus treatments were fluid therapy, antibiotic, antiemetic, and nutritional support. The administration of other drugs such as stomach acid drugs, diarrhea drugs, drugs for bleeding, energy booster drugs, vitamins were other symptomatic and supportive drugs that could be given to dogs with the administration must be adjusted to their respective conditions
