The aim of this study was to evaluate hand hygiene compliance among pediatric intensive care unit personnels during pandemic. Methods : Prospective observational study among all pediatric intensive care unit personnels at Dr Soetomo Hospital in January 2021. Personnels without informed consent were excluded. Hand hygiene compliance was audited from video surveillance records by independent auditors. Compliance was formulated by dividing amount hand hygiene to the opportunities. Data was analysed by Chi Square test and Fisher exact test, p<0.05 is considered significant. Result : This study included 28 personnels, mostly females (21.75%). Mean age was 37.9 (SD 5.2) years old. From 526 opportunities observed, overall compliance was 62.9%, lower than previous audit before pandemic. No difference in compliance by physiotherapist (71.4%), nurse (64.5%), and physician (55.9%), with p 0.208. Compliance in „before moment‟ was lower (56.6%) compared to „after moment” (69.5%), with p <0,001. Compliance in glove use related moments was lower (41.3%) compared to without gloves (68.2%), with p 0.002. Compliance in night shift (59.8%) was not significant than non night shift (63.9%) with p 0.409. Conclusion : Overall hand hygiene compliance was relatively low and had no improvement at almost one year pandemic. Hand hygiene compliance in before moments was lower than after moment. There was decrease compliance in moment related to glove use. 2021 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/1/1.%20HALAMAN%20JUDUL.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/2/2.%20ABSTRAK.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/3/3.%20DAFTAR%20ISI.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/4/4.%20BAB%201%20PENDAHULUAN.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/5/5.%20BAB%202%20TINJAUAN%20PUSTAKA.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/6/6.%20BAB%203%20KERANGKA%20KONSEPTUAL%20DAN%20HIPOTESIS%20PENELITIAN.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/7/7.%20BAB%204%20METODE%20PENELITIAN.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/12/8.%20BAB%205%20HASIL%20PENELITIAN.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/9/9.%20BAB%206%20PEMBAHASAN.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/10/10.%20BAB%207%20KESIMPULAN%20DAN%20SARAN.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/11/11.%20DAFTAR%20PUSTAKA.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/13/12.%20Lampiran.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/109697/14/13.%20PERMOHONAN%20EMBARGO.pdf Putrawan, Bangkit, - (2021) Perilaku Ketaatan Kebersihan Tangan Di Ruang Perawatan Intensif Anak Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19.
