Summary:This study was to determine the effect of giving fermented rument contents on weight of small intestine and cecum in rabbit. The experiment used twenty of local rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus) aged 3 – 5 months, devided into four treatments and five replicates per treatment. Five different treatment were, P0 was contains 40% hay; P1 was ration contains 20% fermented rument content; P2 was ration contains 40% fermented rument content; P3 was ration contains 60% fermented rument content. Experimental design was used completely randomized design with four treatments and five replications. The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) Statistic Method and if there were differences among the treatments, the data continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test of Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). The result showed there were significant different (p<0,05) on weight of small intestine, and there were no significat different on weight of cecum. The conclusion showed that the effect of giving fermented rument contents concentration 20%, 40% and 60% can be used to increase weight of small intestine, and giving fermented rument contents concentration 20%, 40% and 60% does not affect cecum
