To evaluate the number of Candida Albicans colonies that grow on acrylic resin plates after immersed in garlic infusion. Material Method 28 sterile acrylic resins plates were immersed in saliva for pellicle formation and immersed in Candida 4lbicans suspension. They were then incubated at 37°C for 24 hours. They were divided into 4 groups equally. Group 1 was immersed in 15 mglml garlic infusion. group 2 was immersed in 25 mglml garlic infusion, group 3 was immersed in 50 mg/ml garlic infusion, and group 4 was immersed in sterile aquadesl for 24 hours. SobouroulPs broth was used after the immersion so that the Candida Albicans came off. Then, Sobouraud's Dextrose agar was used for ping Candida Albieans. Colonies were counted using colony forming unit (CFU). Result The mean and standard deviation (in CFU) obtainedfor each group were: 1: 49.8571/6.81734, 2: 27.8571/8.49370, 3: 8.5714/5.15937, 4:73.4286/8.28366. Conclusion.
