Summary:Adolescent period is transition period from child into adult, in this period there will be a physical, emotional and sexual changes. Sexual desire and coriousity about reproduction health especially sexuallity is increase. In this period, adolescent need knowledge about reproduction health. It is hoped that by having a good knowledge will form a good behaviour too. The aim of this research is finding correlation between knowledge of reproduction health and sexual behaviour of adolescent at Senior High School in Surabaya. This study was a cross-sectional survey research. Total sample were 216 respondents, taken according to inclution criteria and systematic sampling. The independent variable was knowledge of reproduction health and dependent variable was sexual behaviour of adolescent. The data were collected by using structure questionnaire and analyze using Spearman Rho Correlation with level of significance of 0.1. The result showed that the must level knowledge of reproduction health of adolescent at Senior High School in Surabaya was enough. The attitude of respondents show a positive attitude but the act show unhealth act on sexual behaviour. Based on 168 respondents, there were 8 respondent (4.8%) sexual intercourse. Much level happen at 16 years old (37,5%) and 75% respondents sexual intercourse because of sexual desire. There was correlation between knowledge and attitude (p=0.000) but there was no correlation between knowledge and action (p=0.234). It can be concluded that knowledge of reproduction health has correlation with thier attitude but has no correlation with their action. Many respondents still have a minus knowledge of reproduction health, so we need to include education of reproduction health into school curricullum in order to increase knowledge of reproduction health.
