Population research is white wistar rat (Rattus novergicus) male from the same colony, age 2-3 months with body weight 150-250 grams and the sample taken of the 16 rats were divided into two groups of mice with 1 and the standard diet group 2 mice with diet using green tea extract. Data analysis techniques used by the Independent sample t test. From the results of the research can be explained that there are differences in body weight reduction on the 11, it is because there is a green tea in the womb called Epigallokatekin error. The experiment in 11 days to count the results oft> t table so that HI is accepted means a decrease in body weight differences that are significant in the second group experiment. And the degree trigliserida test results show that the t calculated> t table means there is a difference between trygliserida between the two experimental groups. From the results of the analysis that was done can be concluded that green tea extract therapy can reduce body weight and lower degree of trygliserida on a routine basis and in the right dose animals try wistar rats.
