Summary:Healthcare quality is one of the basic need of every people. It is one of the important aspect in excellence services. Caring nurses behavior in a good way which lead to patient satisfaction. The more experience owned by nurse they would normally learned that caring help them to focus on patients who they serve. The aim of this research is to study the relationship between caring nurse behavior with patient satisfaction. This research was held in Adi Husada Hospital Undaan Surabaya. Design used in this research was cross sectional study. The population was all inpatient ward D2 and E3 of Adi Husada Undaan Surabaya. Sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling. An instrument used was a quessionnaire. The questionnaire was deplayed to 20 patients used Spearman Rho. Result showed that caring behavior has significant association with patients satisfaction (p=0.045, r=0.452). Caring behavior is one of the key to improve the quality of nursing care services in other to increase patient satisfaction. Further research can consider quassy experiment research design.
