Target of this Research is to know satisfaction work nurse to quaJity of service of treatment in IRNA RS Darmo Surnbaya. Method of Research used by analytic Descriptive of population in this research is all nurse of executor in IRNA RS. Darmo Surabaya Sampel taken by using technics sampJing of purposive of sampling with responder 73 muse and 73 patient, data co11ecting grouped by as according to probJern checked Result research into in generaJ nurse in IRNA RS. Darmo Surabaya of satisfaction work enough satisfy and quality of service of treatment is Matter causing satisfaction work motivation, environrnentaJ and roJe rnenejer, for that need fwtherrnore research about satisfaction work nurse with quality of service of treatment supporter installation (IRD, IRJ,ICU) knowable in order to as a whole part of RS.
