There is two technique gift of jelly that is smearedly tip of cathteter by jelly and way second includingor spraying direct into urethm by spuit 10 ml discarged needle. These research hit difference speed of installatiorj and sigh pain in bone experienced the adult man age 25-65 first year multiply to experience cathteter urineby ordi.nary lubricantoin. Device this researches quasi experiment cathteter with am0unt sample 10 peoples for the treatment and I 0 people to control. Speed of installation m~asurcd by stopwatch while intensity pain in bone measured visually is analogous nwneric rating scale. Analyze data with searching mean from speed of installation and sigh of pain in bone each lot continu..:!d with test of Mann Whitnl.!y U Test to the mean to know significant of difference both with program of SPSS at crF 0,05. This result of research show existence of difference which significant technique gift of jelly to speed 0f installation by P= 0,016 and there is difference technique gift of jelly to sigh painin bone of pation by P= 0,01 0. Conclution to diference mean of speed installation and intensity lower pain in bone-at technique sprayed jelly (lubrication) than smearing tip of catheter by jelly.
