Stunting is a national health problem that is the main target of health development. The provision of complementary feeding is related to stunting status in toddlers. This study aims to determine the description of the pattern of giving complementary feeding to stunting toddlers aged 6-24 months. Methods: This study uses a descriptive type of research, namely research conducted to describe or describe a phenomenon in society. The number of samples, as many as 20 respondents, and sampling using total sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires, KIA book notes, and food recall. Data analysis used univariate analysis. Results: The results showed that the intake of energy, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and stunting in toddlers was less than the nutritional adequacy rate (RDA) according to age. The first time complementary feeding is given, the results were 55% incorrect at the age of 6 months, 5% complementary feeding was given early and 50% was given at the age of more than 6 months. Conclusion: The resulting data illustrates the pattern of inadequate complementary feeding as seen from the intake of energy, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and fiberless than the nutritional adequacy rate (RDA) according to age.
