This study aims to analyze the relationship between food consumption patterns and menstrual cycles in adolescent girls at Al-Mizan Islamic Boarding School Lamongan. The cross-sectional research method with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling sampling technique was carried out in May-June 2021. The research sample consisted of 108 female students according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. menstruation. The chi square statistical test was used to determine the level of significance in the data. The bivariate results showed that the number of food consumption patterns did not affect the menstrual cycle with p=0.146 and the type showed p=0.234.
