Through this study, the writer wants to compare the ways of producing invitations, offers and requests which are used in Javanese language (which done by students of English Department F acuity of Humanities Airlangga University) and English language (CA data). By looking at the way of producing the structural organization of sequences in informal conversation, this may lead the writer to find the answer whether there are any significance similarities and differences in the sequences structure occurs in Javanese conversation. The results seem to indicate that the pre-sequence provide an opportunity for the prospective sequence.
