The purpose of the study was observed GDF .. 9 into oocytes cumulus complex that were collected from bovine anthral follicle. Method of this study based on the specificity immunocytochemistry method which avidin and biotin molecules boundary into the secondary antibody avidin-.biotin complex shape. Total ammount of collected oocytes were 66 (100%) and total ammount of observerd oocytes were 47 (71,21 %) positive and 19 (28,79%) negative. Positive was marked by dark brown as an expression of chromogen on the SA .. HRP complex boundaries. Negative was marked by methylen green counterstain. However, GDP-9 was observed into the collected oocytes from bovine anthral follicles immaturation in vitro process."
