Summary: | The aims of this research is to know imunology response that change of number of plasma cell in ileum from broiler which was exposed by heat stress chronic that vaccinated by ND. This research used 24 DOC (Day Old Chicken) broiler Cobb strain and the chicks were randomly divided in four treatments. Control group P, (without heat stress, without vaccine) was given temperature 30-32 9C of brooder for 6 week. Group Pi (with heat stress, without vaccine) was exposured by temperature 35- 35,5 °C from 7 a.m until 3 p.m (8 hour/day) for 4 week. Group P, (without heat stress, with vaccine) was given temperature 30-32 9C during the second week of treatment were given ND vaccine. Group P3 (with heat stress,with vaccine) given a temperature of 35-35.5 °C from 7 am to 3 p.m (8 hours/day) for 4 weeks, and during the second week of heat stress treatment were given ND vaccine. This research was analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that treatment by vaccinated ND increased the number of plasma cell in ileum. Its (P<0,05). |
