Semen was divided into four each was diluted ill skim egg yolk, tris egg yolk, skim egg yolk with tyrosin kinase and tris egg yolk with tyrosine kinase. Diluted semen were then procesed for frozzen semen Plasma Membran Integrity of Spermatozoa was examined by means of Hypoosmotic Swelling Test (HOS Test).
